Not able to print or send an HEP? - If you hover your mouse over a saved routine and no preview images show, do not use that routine as it will not load properly and will not be able to be delivered.
If you load a saved routine and there is an Amazon Product recommendation on it. It will not be able to be delivered. Remove the Amazon product first, then try and deliver it.
Clicking the "Done" (check mark icon) button - Errors such as being directed to the wrong page or logged out...You will need to delete cookies AND temporary internet files. Be sure to delete both cookies AND temp internet files and this error should be fixed.
Empty HEP Editor page - When there are no exercises on the HEP Editor page, you should see the sad face paper icon that reads "The HEP Editor is empty". If you do not see that, please click "Remove All" and it should return, which sets the page up optimally for further use.
We are aware and working on the following issues: Group management, layouts, view PDF from history page, search on My Stuff pages, creating new custom exercises, upgrading to Pro, new Pro membership sign ups, logo branding, updating payment info, receipt PDFs and changing image sizes (small medium large) when searching exercises.
